Acceptable Use Policy

Do not upload, publish, request, generate, or promote illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, exploitative, sexually explicit, NSFW, fraudulent, malware-related, or intellectual-property-infringing content.

Do not create or share graphic violence, gore, dismemberment, gratuitous depictions of severe injury, dead bodies, or close-up wounds, or content that promotes self-harm or suicide.

Content involving minors in sexual, exploitative, suggestive, or unsafe contexts is strictly prohibited.

Do not create or share non-consensual deepfakes, face swaps, identity manipulation, misleading impersonation, or private personal information involving real people.

We rely on the community to keep Designhint safe. To report content that violates this policy or applicable law, email support@designhint.com with the artwork URL, the reason for your report, and any supporting detail such as where the content appears or why it is harmful. You can also reach us through the Contact page.

We acknowledge reports and aim to begin review within 3 business days. Illegal, child-safety, and graphic-violence reports are prioritized and handled urgently.

When we receive a report or detect a violation, a trusted reviewer assesses the content and applies action proportionate to the risk. Severity is triaged: child-safety, illegal, and graphic-violence reports are expedited.

We may block prompts, reject uploads, hide or remove content, restrict features, limit or disable accounts, refund or reverse credits where appropriate, and report illegal activity to the relevant authorities. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account termination.

We retain review records and audit logs as needed for safety, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
